Legal basis(s) for processing personal data

Personal data is processed on the basis of article 6.1. (a) consent, (b) necessary for the performance of a contract, (f) necessary for our legitimate interest in enabling the operation of the party, the General Data Protection Regulation. Insofar as personal data is processed on the basis of article 6.1. a) (consent), the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Transfer to third parties

We will not sell, rent, distribute or make your personal data commercially available to third parties, except as described above or with your prior consent.

For certain processing activities, we use the management platforms of external service providers. In principle, they do not have access to the data and are all located in the EU/EEA or in a country offering an adequate level of protection.

Right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, opposition and transferability of personal data

The user has the right to access his/her personal data at any time and to correct them (or have them corrected) if they are incorrect or incomplete, to have them erased, to limit their processing and to object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her on the basis of article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

In addition, the user has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, accessible and machine-readable form) of his or her personal data and to have such personal data transferred to another entity.
